Floating in a jar of preserving fluids
Reduced to a chunk of carnal sewage
Your canned remembrance leaves me satisfied
Displayed forever embalmed in formaldehyde
Your pickled perseverance
Preserved to last
Your means of existence
Belongs to the past
Broken tissue completely perfused
Disposed of worth and lecherously abused
Unable to decay, dissolving and escape
As your body floats as an amorphous shape
Soaring pulp of lewd remains
Pale swollen skin and liquefied brains
Kept forever young for eternity
Preserved in the shades of grey and burgundy
Stored in liquid as part of my collection
Divided in several jars after your dissection

I'm kicking my own ass for somehow missing this when it released. Expertly arranged death metal with kick drums that could demolish a high-rise. zirtonic

An outstanding Extreme doom death album, in the best tradition. The funerary atmosphere reminds of Evoken ('Centuries of ooze" bears striking similarities, for my delight). It is overall sharp, dark, hypnotic and unrelenting. One of those rare convincing new bands that hold proud the legacy of the biggest names. Bertrand Marchal

I wasn't big on these guys on record, but then I saw them live and that guitar tone translates *really* well. They gained a fan at that show, even if I still think they could trim some fat. zirtonic
